Term 4 Week1

This Term we are learning about art, yesterday we did some Maths about a line graph. We did two types of line graphs, line graphs about Covid and what countries went into lockdown and what countries did not go into lockdown, and one was just about a line graph. The next line graph task was about how much muffins they sold in a day or month, or how much money they made in a day?  Then the next task was a create task, we had to go on a google sheet and create another line graph. We had to create a list of six items that we can put in a line graph, then we had to ask people in the class what they prefer. Our task was to collect all the data we need, and then put it into our line graph.

Reflection About My Isolation

People that are in my isolation Bubble, my Mum, my Dad, my Brothers, my little Sister, and my Koro. During lockdown in our bubble we’ve been playing games, and some of those games are card games. Sometimes we play card games, sometimes we play ball games, and even play hide and seek or tag outside. Sometimes we even bake, during lock down I baked a Chocolate cake for my Nans Birthday. My Brother also had to have his Birthday in lockdown, but we got him a really cool present. We got him a Motorbike, but we have to wait for a few weeks.

Lockdown was quite boring, but I did read some books. I read a chapter every day, after I read a chapter I will do some School work. Sometimes I would talk to my friends on Gmail, every Morning we would go on our google meet with our Literacy Teachers. After we did that we would do our Literacy work, once we were finished we would have Break Fast. After Break Fast I would get change or have a shower and get ready, then I would brush my teeth then watch a Movie. During the afternoon we go to our Math Teacher, then we would do our Math work. After that we would just draw or text our friends, then we would have Lunch.

After lunch we would do our own things on our Chrome books, at three o’clock we would finish off some work or do other things on our chromebook. When it’s dinner time my Dad or Mum would make dinner for us, after Dinner we would have dessert or I would brush my teeth. When I finish brushing my teeth, I would watch some Youtube or I would put on a Movie. Once quarantine was over I would fold up my uniform and put it on my desk, then I would go find my shoes. That was my own life in my Bubble!    

Narrative Writing

Once upon a time there was a small cottage, and in that small cottage were three girls called Rebekah, Aaliyah, and  Nina. They were watching a movie, but one of the girls was bored. ‘’I’m bored’’ said Rebekah.

But Aaliyah and Nina were not bored so they just continued watching the Movie, so Rebekah thinked and thinked, and from all that thinking she finnaly found something to do, ‘’I know!’’ said Rebekah. ‘’What?’’ Said Aaliah. ‘’What if we go on an adventure?’’ Said Rebekah.

The two girls thinked if they wanted to go on an adventure’’Ok!’’ said Aaliyah, ‘’It might be fun!’’ said Nina.

So Rebekah, Aaliyah, and Nina packed some lunch and water and went on their adventure.
The three girls left the house as fast as they can, ‘’Come on guys!’’ said Nina. ‘’Where coming!’’ said Rebekah.

The three girls went outside to the fresh air, the first they went across was a creepy creepy bridge. ‘’Come on guys!’’ said Aaliah, ‘’I don’t know’’ said Nina, ‘’We might fall through the holes!’’ said Nina. ‘’No we won’t’’ said Rebekah.

The three girls went across the bridge carefully, at last. They made it across! ‘’Yay! We made it across without falling!’’ said Aaliah.

The girls continued their adventure, but they felt really tired, ‘’Guys, I’m tired. Let’s have some water’’ said Rebekah, ‘’Yup! I’m really really thirsty’’ said Aaliah. ‘’Same with me’’ said Nina.

The three girls grabbed some cups and the ginormus water bottle, they poured the water in the cups and had a drink. ‘’This is nice and cold’’ said Rebekah. ‘’I agree’’ said Aaliah. ‘’Come on!’’ said Nina.

The three girls continued with their adventure, at last they reached their destination. The mountains, ‘’WOW!’’ said Rebekah.

The three girls climbed up the mountain with their climbing tools, at last the girls reached the top! ‘’WOW!!!’’ said Aaliah. ‘’THIS VIEW IS AMAZING!!!’’ said Nina. ‘’Come on guys, let’s have some lunch’’ said Rebekah. 

The three girls digged into their picnic, ‘’Mmm, this is so good!’’ said Aaliah.

When the three girls were finished with their lunch, they headed back home. The three packed up their stuff and found a way out, a few hours later they were home. ‘’Aah home sweet home’’ said Nina. 

Day 21 In Lock Down!

Task Description: Today is day 21 in Lock Down!

Choose It Narrative

Once upon a time there were 4 girls called Julia, Phoenix, Le’shar, and Aaliyah. One day they were bored, so they went for a stroll around the street at 12:PM at night. They wanted to get some fresh air, they went so far that they found a big spooky  castle with a dragon. They were so scared, but the dragon trapped them in the spooky Tower. They tried to find a key, while they were looking around, they found a lever. So all four of them pulled the lever, when they pulled it, another lever showed up. But with the lever was a note, so they all read the clue. The clue said to find another lever that will lead them to the key, so they looked for it. Hours and hours of looking they found it, so they pulled it. It was big, it was scary, it was loud. Once the loudness and scariness was all over they found the key. But now they had to try to find another lever to unlock the castle to escape. But the lever was on the roof, luckily Phoenix could reach it, so she pulled it and they found the lock. So they all unlocked it with the key, and the castle door opened and they escaped! Finally they went back home.
