There will be a talent show a bake of.a fashion show and an art show.Eva is going to make the prizes.Lucy really liked her idea she went to see mass feather bottom as soon as she got to.Class they allays celebrate the holidays.In there classroom.But she was thinking.Miss feather bottom. Didint say anything so she kept talking.She told her about the contest and.The prizes and the festival is called.The bloomtastic festival finally.Miss feather bottom smiled.Next Thursday.So she told.Lucy everything right before class.As soon as she got home.She wrote  her list.The first one is paint the set for the talent show.The next one is set up tables for the bake of.The 3rd one is.Hang frames for the art show.The 4th one is build the runaway for the fashion show.The 5th one is.Make prizes.

On chapter two is Bored bored bored. When she got home from school she took. Baxter for a fly she ate a snack. She did her winglish homework. She did arts and crafts. She made a really cool bead bracelet. She tried on new outfits. She had a fight with her brother. He left his socks in her room. AGAIN. But after all that. She still had hours to go before sunrise.She had nothing to do. So she called. Lucy she was so so board so she told her to come over. But she couldn't her and her mum was planting flowers. She just gave her a grate idea and she has the best plan ever.She can not wait to tell her friend Lucy about the great idea it is going to be so cool.

So the frog used his outstretched tongue.To catch his prey but the small cricket.Got away so the frog.Would jump to lily pad to lily pad to get to the cricket and eat it. Because he was so so hungry when they got back the frog sneaked and ate it then he burped he was so full.

Kite day

On Tuesday we made kites and we made our kites with our groups.But first we had to make our kites and then we had to put a coloured straw and then a Gray straw. But we had to put tape on the straws because they will fall of our kites well where flying them and then. We coloured them in . Then we made a hole with scissors. Then we put string in the hole. Then we went on the field and flying our kites and mine broke of two times. But i fix it by doing a not and my one. Was spinning around and around. Then we went back to class and had lunch.    

My year

This year I liked doing swimming and playing games with Shannon because it is so much fun and I liked shark attack. It is fun and then we started playing fun games. We did some more sports and we played softball and basketball. I also liked Makerspace and Creativespace and we also did Fia Fia and for Fia Fia I did Kapahaka. In makerspace we made slime and we made milkshakes and chocolate and strawberry mousse and and my favourite thing is learning on my iPad.

Making milkshakes

First i put the milk into the electric blender. Then we put the peaches into the electric blender. We also put the ice-cream into the electric blender and then mixed it all together 

My favourite part was putting the ice-cream into the electric blender. 

Making mousse

WALT:  We are learning about the changes in matter.  

What ingredients did we need to make mousse?

chocolate and  strawberry mousse milk powder 

What happened when we added the ingredients?

When you stirred the mousse the powder dissolved and it became a liquid. After a long time of stirring it turned into a solid. 

What did we learn. 

We learned about making chocolate mousse. We learned that when we have mixed ingredients together we cannot separate them back to what they were.

Chrome books

Yesterday we went to the Pavilion and we were learning about dinosaurs.  After this I was playing the maths games. It was really fun typing on a chromebook. My buddys were very helpful  and sharing. I'm really looking forward to having a chromebook for my learning in Year 4 next year.

The flash hotel

In the flash Hotel there was a funny science man that does science and he made chocolate  for the people and he made charm bracelets for the women's and he made pretty stuff for the women's. 

Tasting bread

My favourite bread is the pita bread because it is sweet and nice. There was the white bread and pita bread and Italian bread and wheat meal bread and croissants and ciabatta and there was six breads.  The breads were all different because of the ingredients.

The robbers

The gear was in the office on the wet floor. Then the bad robbers broke the door by speedily kicking it down. They quickly loaded  up the gigantic  truck. They took it to the spooky warehouse and put it in a spooky hiding place. Then Miss Vaafusuaga called the police. The police quickly find the spooky warehouse and put the robbers in jail. 

Amazing sentences

The famous beautiful women went to the dazzling  beach.

Eeels

The electric eels is black and slimy and it has sharp teeth. The eels won't live because rubbish is in the rivers.

Valerie Adams

Valerie Adams does the shot put and she won the gold and silver  medal.   She won the gold medal in 2008 in London and won the silver medal in 2016 in Rio. One of her throws was disqualified because she stepped out of the circle. Valerie has big strong muscles to throw a long way. 

Lisa Carrington

Lisa Carrington won the gold medal.  She won the gold medal for kayaking and she was paddling and paddling and she was very fast . In another race Lisa Carrington won a bronze medal . 

Math week 3

The race

The man said get set go and then everybody started running but before they ran they had a drink and did some exercise.  Then they started running and everyone didn't push and someone was running very fast and she was almost at the finish line and then she won.
