A Healthy Sandwich



Step:1 first you get a healthy bread from the bag.Step:2.Then you put meat on it.Spread it out.Step:3 Next you chop slices from a tomato.Once you chopped up the tomato you spread it around.Step 4:Next you cut up the cucumbers the same way.Step 5:Once your done with the cucumbers you grate a carrot.When your done spread it around on your other ingredients.Once your done making your sandwich put another bread on top just like the photo.

WHAT IS A HEALTHY SANDWICH?   
1:A healthy sandwich is bread that makes you really really full.
2:A healthy sandwich has healthy things in it like veggies.What kind of veggies? Like lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots, spinach, cabbage, and olives.Also you could put other healthy things in your sandwich.

WHAT INGREDIENTS WOULD YOU PUT IN A HEALTHY SANDWICH?

I would put lettuce,Cucumber,Avocado and purple and white onions.I would also put other things on there to make it really really healthy I would also do a lot more to make it the healthiest sandwich in the world.
